AROMA CARES exists to create tangible pathways for restoration, empowerment, and opportunity helping individuals and families in Jackson County while promoting equitable access to resources and improving quality of life for those facing longstanding inequities.

AROMA YTH Initiative

The  AROMA YTH  Initiative is a youth-centered development program designed to empower local students through mentorship, life-skills training, and holistic personal growth. Rooted in the belief that every young person carries a unique “aroma” of potential, the initiative creates structured opportunities for youth to discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the competencies needed to thrive academically, socially, and professionally.

Health + Wellness Collaborative

The Health and Wellness Initiative is a comprehensive community-based program designed to improve the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals and families. By addressing critical issues such as food security, mental health, and health education, the initiative seeks to create sustainable, long-term improvements in community health outcomes. The program integrates counseling, hands-on workshops, and accessible support services to empower residents to live healthier, more stable, and more fulfilling lives.

Community Empowerment Hub
The Community Empowerment Hub is a dynamic resource center dedicated to strengthening economic mobility and expanding opportunities for underserved residents. The hub brings together workforce readiness, small business development, and financial literacy training under one roof to create a powerful gateway to stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term community prosperity.

This initiative is built on the belief that empowered individuals create empowered communities—and that access to the right tools, training, and support can transform economic futures.
